• Coordination and timeline control for vendors managed through Artnatur.
• Venue walk-through with the clients for on-site advice in Ibiza or Formentera .
• Custom graphic design for event collateral (stationery, welcome sign, seating plan, place cards, etc.). Printing not included.
• Placement of signage and stationery (ours or the client’s).
• Receipt and temporary storage of small client items for day-of placement.
• Dedicated supervisor: a team member assigned to oversee every detail and ensure flawless delivery.
